Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for a friendly, warm and service-oriented Waitress / Waiter to join the team at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel.

We are offering accommodation support for the entire hiring period on a shared cost basis in a private student campus (double occupancy).

Your impact:

It is said that the first impression matters. You are the one who influences the first impression of the guests when they come to our restaurants. Your warm greeting and your friendly behavior never go unnoticed. Every day you aim to offer each guest an experience that will remain in their minds long after their visit.

As a Waiter / Waitress you will:

• Welcome guests and promptly lead them to the table;
• Serve food and drinks to guests, making recommendations if needed;
• Use menu knowledge to help guests with special questions and requests;
• Record transactions in the restaurant system correctly and in a timely manner;
• Constantly check the level of satisfaction of the guests;
• Clean the tables and make sure the end-of-shift tasks are done.

What we are looking for:

• Very good conversational skills in English;
• Team spirit;
• Positive attitude and very good relationships with others;
• Previous serving experience is a great advantage.
