Your Opportunity:

• Leverage your experience and skills in a fast and dynamic environment
• Own and execute your own projects, use cases and customer needs to drive business OKRs

Your mission at Casana:

• Drive the strategic setup of in- and outbound sales processes incl. success measurement, third-party steering and evaluation.
• Evaluate, kick-start, and foster partnerships with a variety of external stakeholders.
• Build a deep understanding of the market and customers by iteratively formulating, testing, and refining hypotheses.
• Drive the roll-out of new tools and processes across the organization, e.g., in finance, sales, and marketing.
• Contribute to Casana’s open and empowering culture.
• Identify new business and revenue generating opportunities through corporate engagement, and drive lead generation, outreach, and preliminary qualification for new business prospects.

What you need to be successful:

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience or internships in fast-paced, demanding environments, such as consulting, fast-growth start-ups, investment banking, or big tech.
• Take ownership of outcomes, learn fast and enjoy applying creativity in an entrepreneurial environment until you reach your goals.
• Positive personality that is tied to a strong desire for personal growth and a drive to learn more about digital and IT-related topics (no previous experience required).
• Structured and analytical mindset.
• Only satisfied when you have drilled down to the root cause of an issue and uncovered new insights.
• Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus.
