The Product Development Senior Manager is responsible for the success of large and complex engagements or multiple engagements he oversees. Leads the Product Development Managers for the proper execution of the product development lifecycle. Ensures alignment with customer goals and is responsible for developing strategies to maintain healthy customer relationships and potential growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the Engagement Delivery Lifecycle: Throughout the lifecycle of an engagement, even before the deal closes, you are responsible for partnering with Client Engagement to build and lead teams to successfully deliver on our brand promise. Your contributions to a successful engagement include:
• Coordinating and overseeing delivery on large and complex engagements or multiple engagements while leveraging your Managers
• Being the escalation point for the engagements managed by your team
• Capable of taking smart risks across the engagements, learning from failures
• Proactively addressing engagement and delivery risks early
• Ensuring the delivery of services with the appropriate level of quality, time, scope, and budget
• Having a deep understanding of a variety of metrics to successfully manage complex and diverse engagements. Ability to implement KPI across accounts to ensure monitoring of services performed for the client
• Developing camaraderie and strong collaboration across both the 3Pillar team and client team
• Actively demonstrating and teaching strong consulting skills to teammates
• Understanding the full set of product development capabilities and speaking to them holistically
• Working to identify new opportunities and capitalizing on them
• Proactively developing a deep "trusted advisor" relationship with the primary buyer
• Driving successful results by leading the execution of a team against goals and objectives
• Capable of consulting the client on Product Development Lifecycle and 3Pillar offerings

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience in Delivery Leadership 
• Excellent English communication skills, meaning that they can have a clear conversation with a client and define the scope of work, resource reviews, contract revision, etc
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Product Development Management role
• 5+ years of experience with and knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle Process 
• Self-organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Strong resilience and ability to handle adversity. 
• Ability to work with Product Managers to assess business requirements and market requirements. After identification, convert those requirements into an actionable backlog for development teams to execute
• Ability to work with the Commercial department to create business strategies to maintain and grow the accounts
• Excellent English communication skills, meaning that they can have a clear conversation with a client and define the scope of work, resource reviews, contract revision, etc
• Good business communication and time management skills
• Ability to travel to client locations to deliver professional services as needed
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar
