What you will do: Ensure client’s retention and strategic growth of existing client accounts
Responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing client accounts
- Identify new business opportunities among existing clients
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Track customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions to ensure clients’ retention
- Hold regular business review meetings with clients
What will help you:
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in B2B environment
- Able to handle clients’ requirements
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Knowledge of translation and localization processes and market
- Experience with CRM tools
