We are looking for an ambitious Junior / Middle Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. We are a Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning company from London, United Kingdom, creating a clean and healthy environment by sharing our expertise and providing comprehensive services.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Create, update, and correct as needed all records entered into the billing systems
• File all forms and documents associated with the billing process
• Support month-end and year-end processes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Has good speaking and writing English skills
• Experienced, or not afraid to work with multicultural teams
• Faces challenges full on and has the ability to identify data patterns

PREFFERED:

• Data entry experience
• Prior accounting experience
• Record keeping software experience
• Team player with good communication skills
