The ideal candidate
- Graduate of an economic faculty;
- Very good capacity for analysis and synthesis;
- Organizational and prioritization skills;
- Person oriented towards results and with entrepreneurial sense;
- Attention to detail;
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (advanced level Excel);
- Knowledge of English at conversational level is a mandatory condition, knowledge of French is an advantage. Responsibilities - Realization of imports (knowledge of import procedures) - Reception of goods (SAP B1)
 



- Ensures and monitors the efficiency of the logistics chain, from the manufacturer / warehouse to the final customer, optimizing costs within the logistics department
- Maintains and updates the databases of logistics suppliers;
- Exact knowledge of existing stocks in internal warehouses and availability of goods at factories.
- Manages and records deliveries (edits the delivery order in SAP B1, sends the delivery order to the warehouses)
- Contacts the carriers to request transport quotations and negotiates the transport tariff according to the target.
- It is ensured that all the transport partners used have a contract with TIMAC and respect the transport legislation in force (licenses, insurances, authorizations, etc.)
- Maintaining good relations with external partners (transport / storage) all these relations to be based on legal contracts;
- Makes daily reports with loads;
- Get a real-time copy of the transport invoice by fax / email;
- Performs the first validation of the transport invoice;
- Follows the receipt of the original invoices together with the notices accompanying the correctly confirmed goods;
- Continuously identifies solutions to work as efficiently as possible
- Permanently makes comparisons between carriers, delivery areas
- Proposes adjustments to the work procedures in force to streamline the activity;
