Main Responsibilities:
- Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the user’s satisfaction
- Document internal procedures
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help-desk
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
- Assist with on-boarding of new users
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, use and make images, install all software (antivirus, dlp, etc.)
- Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory in coordination with had office standards
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Maintain AD and exchange 2016, Microsoft Office 365 Services
- Work with active network equipment (Cisco, HP, MikroTik, D-Link, FortiGate as advantage, etc.).
- Use Virtualization platform (VMware, Citrix)
- Support video surveillance system
- Support system access control
Requirements:
- University degree in computer engineering or other IT-related specialty
- Good command of English, both writing and speaking skills
- 1+ year of experience in IT Help Desk, Microsoft desktops systems and applications (office 365, antivirus etc.); Windows servers (2008 — 2016); Telephony (asterisk), active network equipment (Cisco, HP, MikroTik),
- Experience with Exchange 2013
- Good understanding of internet protocols
- Great interpersonal skills and a Team player
- Proactive and client-oriented
