We are looking for a qualified Vendor Manager to work for a US-based company. Apply and join our team today!

The vendor Manager collaborates with vendors, makes purchasing decisions, and maintains business relationships with the Company’s vendors. This role implies interacting with vendors, negotiating the terms and contracts to get the best conditions, researching the market, and analyzing the existing vendors to identify the best business opportunities for the Company. The goal is to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high-quality material for their Company.

Responsibilities:
• Sends documents and requirements to new Vendors for onboarding
• Negotiates and manages contracts with Vendors, including SOW, NDAs, and other Vendor agreements.
• Reviews the obtained paperwork for compliance with the Company’s policies and records everything in the Vendor Database.
• Keeps up to date the information in the Vendor Database in case any changes occur.
• Sends weekly reports to accounting with the new Vendor information and the markets onboarded accordingly.
• Sends weekly reports to accounting with the expense and new order, categorizing them per market.
• Develops business process across the organization creating an effective & efficient supply chain strategy.
• Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and inventory maintenance at a minimum acceptable level to support the production schedule.
• Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and systems, including supplier outsourcing.
• Maintains up-to-date understanding of business requirements, market dynamics and trends, supply base, and supply chain capacity.
• Opens credit line accounts required in the processes.
• Procures equipment at the optimum balance of price, quality, and service to satisfy business requirements.

Qualifications:
✔ Previous experience as a Vendor Manager or in a similar field;
✔ Good knowledge of supply chain processes;
✔ Excellent organizational, communicational, and project management skills;
✔ A strategic and analytical mind;
✔Proficient English is a MUST!
