We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible to develop our new brand Paylei in Eastern Europe by prospecting and proactively reaching out to new customers.

Responsibilities

• Build a consistent sales pipeline using email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. 
• Find contact information from various sources, including professional networks.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
• Convert prospects into qualified leads for Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (MS Dynamics).

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound prospecting or lead generation is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Professional attitude, ability to follow process and do routine work.
• Ability to work in work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Fluent in Romanian and/or Russian. Medium knowledge of English is required.
• Fluency in other regional languages (Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian) will be considered an advantage.
