We are looking for an energetic, communicative Customer Service Representative to join our team and answer questions and requests from our customers. The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.
Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary. Answering phone calls from customers and dealing with problems as they arise. Exerting attention to details, as customers may have the same problems.
 
Which are the role responsibilities?

• Listening to customer concerns and providing information, answers, or responses.
• Taking and processing orders.
• Obtaining and correctly recording customer information.
• Reviewing and making changes to customer accounts.
• Keeping records of customer interactions.
• Identifying opportunities to up-sell other products and services.

• Strong Spanish verbal communication skills;
• 2+ years field selling experience;
• High discipline and responsibility;
